All Supervisors of the Los Santos Police Department are expected to:

• Meet the responsibilities and expectations of their job duties, to be responsible for their actions and accountable to the citizens they serve and the Officers they are trusted to mentor.

• Be knowledgeable of the laws they enforce and procedures that will aid them in performing their duties and serving the public.

• Be capable of accepting and learning from self realization and peer criticism.

• Be able to detect problems within the Los Santos Police Department and be capable of articulating perceived issues to higher ranking members with constructive solutions.

• Be willing to constantly enhance their level of knowledge, training, and education to better serve their Officers and the citizens of Los Santos.

• Perform their duties with the well being of the public and safety of fellow Officers as their number one priority.
