# 1.1 - Responsibility

All Supervisors of the Los Santos Police Department are expected to:

* Meet the responsibilities and expectations of their job duties, to be responsible for their actions and accountable to the citizens they serve and the Officers they are trusted to mentor.<br>
* Be knowledgeable of the laws they enforce and procedures that will aid them in performing their duties and serving the public.<br>
* Be capable of accepting and learning from self realization and peer criticism.<br>
* Be able to detect problems within the Los Santos Police Department and be capable of articulating perceived issues to higher ranking members with constructive solutions.<br>
* Be willing to constantly enhance their level of knowledge, training, and education to better serve their Officers and the citizens of Los Santos. <br>
* Perform their duties with the well being of the public and safety of fellow Officers as their number one priority.
