# 1.2 - Respectability

All Supervisors of the Los Santos Police Department are expected to:

* Be professional when performing their respective duties within the Los Santos Police Department and be fair and impartial with their Officers.<br>
* Understand that service to the community is the primary purpose of our profession.<br>
* Exhibit a compassionate and responsive attitude toward the community and express a genuine desire to satisfy the needs of the citizens of Los Santos.<br>
* Understand that community support will result when trust and confidence is established within our community, and understand how fragile that support is when misconduct is seen or experienced by those within the community.<br>
