# 1.3 - Chiefs Office Intent

* Facilitate the development of quality supervisory personnel within the Los Santos Police Department and instill a sense of responsibility within those supervisors for the actions and capabilities of their Officers.<br>
* Equip Supervisory personnel with the tools and training necessary to make intelligent decisions and lead their Officers in the field in accordance with the laws governing San Andreas, the Los Santos Police Department SOP, and this document.
