7.3 - Transfers

All transfers into the Los Santos Police Department shall be approved by Captains or higher ranking members of the Department Chain of Command. The members reviewing transfers into the Los Santos Police Department shall require a written report of the transferees conduct from previous department administrators, an explanation of existing strikes and the story behind them, and an explanation for the reason for the transfer. Those who fail to conform to the standards of the Los Santos Police Department shall be reduced in grade as deemed appropriate by the office of the chief and the office of the commander, and considered for removal pending further issues. All transfers out of the Los Santos Police Department may be approved by Lieutenants or higher members of the Los Santos Police Department Chain of Command. Individuals approving transfers out of the Los Santos Police Department must inform a Colonel of this action. No individual will transfer to the Los Santos Police Department with their existing subdivisions, Transferees wishing to retain their subdivisions shall make contact with the respective Los Santos Police Department subdivision leader after their transfer and request an evaluation to determine whether or not an exception shall be made to this rule. Individuals who receive and pass an evaluation are still expected to conform to all SOPs and guidelines of their respective Subdivisions set forth by the Los Santos Police Department. Failure to abide by those standards will result in retraining or removal from the subdivision.
